We are not vets and cannot give out any medical advice. We are always happy to give husbandry advice based on veterinary recommendations (this can sometimes differ from the advice given by online forums or pet shops).

Please be patient with us as we are all volunteers and have full-time jobs, families and pets of our own. We do our best to get back to emails sent within 5 working days, if not sooner.
